Maintenance and Records

Maintenance logs include service type, date, odometer, cost, notes, next service date, and next odometer. Fuel Warrior labels reminders as due, upcoming, or none based on current date and odometer.

Vehicle records track service, expense, and other entries such as parking, tolls, ferry, car wash, registration, insurance, loan payment, accessories, roadside assistance, EV charging, and subscriptions.

Categories are configurable in Settings > Vehicle Settings > Records > Record Categories. Fuel Warrior provides default category lists for service, expenses, and other records.

Records support no reminder, date, odometer, recurring time, and recurring mileage metadata. Repeat intervals include monthly, quarterly, every six months, annual, and mileage.

Records include attachment slots for receipt photo, invoice scan, and document photo. Attachments remain local-only for private sync and Family Sync.
