Family Sync (Beta)

Every shared vehicle has an owner. Owners manage core vehicle details and sharing. Members can contribute logs and records when permissions allow.

Owners choose Settings > Sync & Sharing > Sync & Sharing, select a vehicle under sharing, open Manage Sharing, and use the iCloud share sheet to invite family members. Invitees accept through the system invite flow, then the vehicle appears under Shared With Me.

Owners can edit metadata, manage sharing, archive, restore, delete owned vehicles, and add logs or records. Members can add logs and records when contribution permission allows, leave a share, and reconnect or remove unavailable shared vehicles when supported.

Members cannot edit owner-controlled vehicle details or perform owner-only lifecycle actions. Leaving a share removes the shared vehicle and local shared history from the member device while the owner and other members keep access.

Family Sync (Beta) requires Fuel Warrior Pro and individual iCloud accounts. Attachments, photos, and documents remain local-only. Shares can become unavailable if the owner revokes access, iCloud is unavailable, or permissions change.
