Privacy Policy

Data Stored On Your Device

Our apps may store preferences, gameplay progress, statistics, vehicle records, inspection records, prayer and journal entries, weight entries, medication records, dose schedules and history, household profiles, goals, reminders, premium entitlement status, and similar app data locally on your device so the app can function and preserve your settings.

Analytics

Fuel Warrior, Weight Warrior, Prayer Warrior Journal, Inspect Warrior: Inspections, Medication Warrior, and Table Warrior use Firebase Analytics to understand app use and improve their features. Depending on the app and its configuration, analytics may include app-instance identifiers, device and app information, approximate location, screen and feature interactions, session information, diagnostic or performance information, and purchase events. Medication Warrior limits analytics to generic app interaction and diagnostic events in eligible production App Store builds; medication details, profile information, scan text, and other health information are not included. Analytics collection is subject to each app’s configuration and any controls it provides. Scan Warrior does not include an analytics SDK.

Firebase Analytics is separate from advertising. Warrior Software does not use Firebase Analytics by itself to track people across other companies’ apps or websites. Apple’s App Store privacy details provide app-specific data categories and purposes; those details may change as an app’s features or SDKs change.

Advertising

Table Warrior includes Google Mobile Ads for users who have not unlocked Premium. Before requesting ads, the app checks the status of Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission. If tracking is not authorized, the app does not load ads that require that permission. Premium users do not see ads. The ad provider may process device or advertising identifiers and ad interaction information when ads are available. See Table Warrior’s App Store privacy details for its current disclosures.

Health and Prayer Data

Weight Warrior can read body mass entries from Apple Health only after you grant permission. Medication Warrior can read selected medication references from Apple Health only for the Primary User profile and only after you grant permission. This access is read-only: Medication Warrior does not write medication records or dose history back to Apple Health, and family and pet profiles do not connect to Apple Health. You can export Weight Warrior data as a CSV through an action you initiate. Prayer Warrior Journal stores prayer requests, journal entries, gratitude notes, reminders, and answered prayer history locally; you choose whether to export or share that information.

iCloud, Backup, and Sync

Fuel Warrior offers optional iCloud/CloudKit sync and Family Sync. If you enable these features, selected vehicle data is sent through Apple’s services to your iCloud account and, for Family Sync, shared with the people you invite. Fuel Warrior also lets you create or restore backup files and import or export CSV files at your direction. Medication Warrior lets you create and restore backup files and export medication lists when you choose; these files remain under your control unless you save or share them through a destination you select. Inspect Warrior stores inspection information on your device; when you export a report, its contents go to the destination you choose. Scan Warrior creates PDFs on your device and saves or shares them only when you choose a Files location or sharing destination. Apple and other file providers handle data stored in the accounts or locations you select. Warrior Software does not operate a separate account system for these features.

Camera, Location, and Optional Feedback

Apps request access to device features only for relevant functions. For example, Scan Warrior uses the camera for document capture, Medication Warrior uses the camera or selected photos when you choose to scan a prescription label or add a profile photo, Fuel Warrior can use location for nearby fuel-station suggestions when enabled, and several apps let you choose photos or files. Medication Warrior and Fuel Warrior’s OCR scanning run on device. If you explicitly send OCR feedback, the support service receives the scan image, extracted and corrected values, and app/device details so the issue can be reviewed. Do not send documents or images containing information you do not want included in a support request.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases and restores through StoreKit. Apps use purchase entitlement information to unlock paid features. Medication Warrior is planned as a one-time paid download with no in-app purchases or subscription. We do not receive or store your payment card details. In apps that use Firebase Analytics, purchase events may also be included in analytics reporting.

Website Contact

When you submit a website contact or support form, Warrior Software receives the name and email address you provide, your selected app or inquiry type, and any message or optional subject and device/app details you include. The form forwards this information to the Warrior Software email gateway so it can be delivered to the studio for a response. We use it to handle your inquiry and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

If you send a support request from Medication Warrior, the app sends the name, reply email, request details, and app/device information you provide to the Warrior Software support service so the studio can respond. Do not include health information you do not want sent with a support request.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a form, Cloudflare processes browser and device signals and the request IP address to help detect automated abuse; the site sends the resulting challenge token to Cloudflare for verification. Turnstile is a security check and does not receive the contents of your form submission.

Children

Our apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy when app features, data practices, or third-party services change. The effective date above reflects the latest update.
