Privacy Policy

Warrior Software builds apps that minimize required personal data. Our apps do not require an account to use core features.
Data Stored On Your Device
Our apps may store preferences, gameplay progress, statistics, vehicle records, inspection records, prayer and journal entries, weight entries, goals, reminders, premium entitlement status, and similar app data locally on your device so the app can function and preserve your settings.
Analytics
Table Warrior and Inspect Warrior: Inspections use Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage, session behavior, performance, and crash/diagnostic patterns so we can improve reliability and user experience. This may include app instance details, device type, app version, and event-level usage data.
If future Warrior Software apps use Firebase Analytics, those apps are included under this policy and are configured with the same data-handling expectations. You can review each app’s in-app privacy details or support documentation for any app-specific controls.
Health and Prayer Data
Weight Warrior may read body mass data from Apple Health only after you grant permission, and any CSV export is initiated by you. Prayer Warrior Journal stores private prayer requests, journal entries, gratitude notes, reminders, and answered prayer history locally unless you choose to export or share them.
iCloud, Backup, and Sync
Some apps may offer optional iCloud sync, backup, or export features. Those features use Apple account services or files you create and control. We do not operate a separate account system for these features.
Purchases
In-app purchases and restores are handled by Apple through StoreKit. We use StoreKit entitlement information to unlock purchased features, such as a lifetime premium unlock. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

If you contact us through support or contact forms, we use the information you provide to respond to your request.
Children
Our apps are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when app features, data practices, or third-party services change. The effective date above reflects the latest update.
