Warrior Software

Manual chapter

Settings, Support, and Privacy

Manage app preferences, subscriptions, support, troubleshooting, and local data expectations.

Settings

Settings includes appearance choices for Light, Dark, and System, data links for Inspectors, Rental Properties, and Inspection Templates, subscription plan status, purchase actions when not subscribed, Restore Purchases, Manage Subscription, Support, and About.

Support

The Support sheet includes Email Support, Request a Feature, and Suggest a Change. Support requests can include app version, build number, device, and OS context.

About

The About screen shows app branding, version information, support information, rate and review, share app, and contact support actions.

Workflow Rules

Use templates for repeatable inspection types, use Fail for items that need attention, use N/A only when an item does not apply, attach photos to the specific checklist item they document, capture signatures before completion when sign-off is required, and permanently delete archived inspections only when the local record is no longer needed.

Troubleshooting

If the pricing sheet appears, restore purchases and confirm the Apple ID used for purchase. If products do not load, check network connectivity. If a PDF preview is unavailable, regenerate the report from the inspection. If an inspection did not change after editing a template, that is expected because templates are copied when inspections are created.

Privacy Summary

Inspect Warrior: Inspections is local-first. V1 stores rental properties, inspections, checklist data, photos, signatures, generated exports, settings, and subscription entitlement state on device. It uses camera and photo-library access for inspection photos and StoreKit for purchases. It does not require an account, backend, or cloud sync.
