Reports and Exports

Complete an inspection to generate a PDF automatically, generate a report from inspection detail, or generate from the Reports screen by choosing an inspection. Existing PDFs can be regenerated when inspection details change.

Open Reports, tap a report, preview the PDF in-app, and use Share to open the native share sheet. Inspect Warrior: Inspections can validate local report files and attempt repair or regeneration when history exists but the file needs repair.

PDF reports include Inspect Warrior: Inspections branding, generated date and time, inspection title and type, summary metrics, property details, inspection details, checklist sections, status badges, notes, photo references, embedded photo pages, signatures when present, and page numbers.

CSV exports include Section, Item, Status, Notes, and Photo Count for each checklist item. ZIP exports include the PDF report, CSV report, and attached inspection photos in organized folders.

Reports can be deleted one at a time or with multi-select. Deleting a report removes the history entry and its local export file.
