Dashboard shows current weight, recent average, charted trend, average weekly loss, current streak, projected goal date, and an Add Weight action.
Trends
Trend summaries adapt when there are many daily entries, a few recent entries, or only a prior weigh-in. This keeps messaging useful for different tracking rhythms.
Analytics
Analytics provides chart and progress review for users who want to understand longer-term patterns beyond the main dashboard.
Goals
Goals track start weight, target weight, optional target date, active state, progress percentage, remaining weight, and projected timing when enough data exists.
Reminders
Reminders can be configured by time and weigh-in days to support consistent tracking without requiring daily use.
